Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Marketing/Landlord Growth to lead the expansion of our Property Management portfolio in 2026.

This role is responsible for activating and converting our existing landlord database (1,600+ contacts), designing conversion systems, and driving measurable growth in managed units.

 

This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a revenue-generating growth position.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

•Monthly new managed units

•Database conversion rate

•Referral growth performance

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Database Strategy & Activation (Core Responsibility)

•Design and implement landlord segmentation strategy

•Build tagging and classification systems within CRM

•Develop structured communication pathways for each landlord category

•Reactivate dormant landlords and convert non-managed landlords

 

Example segmentation framework:

A: Existing managed landlords

B: Landlords not currently under our management

C: Upcoming completion landlords

D: Dormant or inactive landlords

Each segment must have a distinct conversion strategy.

 

2. Completion-Driven Campaign Strategy (Highly Important)

•Maintain and update monthly list of upcoming property completions

•Initiate landlord education campaigns 3 months prior to completion

•Design project-specific conversion funnels

•Execute timeline-based conversion plans

 

3. Commercial Content & Communication

•Produce bilingual (English & Chinese) commercial content

•Translate UK property policy updates into clear landlord-focused guidance

•Ensure all content is conversion-oriented (not informational only)

•Drive consultation enquiries through content

4. Referral System Design

•Build structured landlord referral program

•Design incentive mechanisms

•Develop reminder system for referrals

•Create case-based referral storytelling⸻

 

5. Performance Analytics & Reporting

Provide monthly performance reports including:

•Database growth

•Contact frequency & engagement

•Consultation enquiries

•Conversion rate

•New managed units

•Referral rate

Must be comfortable with data analysis and CRM systems.

 

KPIs

•Monthly new managed units

•AA group conversion rate

•Referral rate from existing landlords

•Database activation performance

•Campaign ROI

Required Skills & Experience

•Experience in property, real estate, or property management preferred

•Experience in high-ticket service industries

•Strong CRM knowledge

•Strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English)

•Commercial mindset with growth orientation

•Strategic thinking and structured planning ability

•Comfortable working with performance targets

 

What This Role Is NOT

•Not a pure content or social media role

•Not a junior marketing assistant role

•Not a branding-only position

This is a strategic growth role directly tied to revenue expansion.
